• To be eligible for a return, the part must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Special Order Parts:

• Special order parts are customized or ordered specifically for your vehicle and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the part is incorrect or defective upon arrival.

Refunds

Incorrect or Defective Parts:

• If you receive an incorrect or defective part, please contact us immediately.
• Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you about the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Non-returnable Items:

• Special order parts are non-refundable unless defective or incorrect.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

Shipping
